These Terms govern use of Price Anatomy Upload Automation (the “Application”), a private desktop tool for managing content on the Price Anatomy YouTube channel.
1. Acceptance
By authorizing or using the Application, the authorized channel owner agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Permitted use
The Application may be used only by the authorized Price Anatomy channel owner for lawful channel-management activities, including uploading videos, managing metadata and captions, and reviewing authorized analytics.
3. Owner responsibilities
The channel owner remains responsible for:
- Reviewing videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, and rights information before public release.
- Maintaining control of the connected Google Account and local computer.
- Complying with YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, copyright rules, and applicable laws.
- Revoking access promptly if the local computer or authorization credentials may have been compromised.
4. Privacy-first publishing
The Application is designed to upload videos as private content by default. The channel owner makes the final decision to publish content publicly through YouTube’s authorized controls.
5. Intellectual property
Price Anatomy branding, original scripts, graphics, and software remain the property of their respective owner. Third-party footage, music, fonts, and other materials remain subject to their applicable licences.
6. Availability and changes
The Application may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features can depend on Google and YouTube APIs and may change when those services change.
7. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on this website creates an affiliation with or endorsement by Google or YouTube.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Application owner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the Application, API outages, account restrictions, or content decisions made by the channel owner.
9. Termination
Use may be ended at any time by revoking Google access and deleting the Application’s locally stored authorization token.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Application changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
